1. Telemetry Collected on Redirects

When a short link is resolved, Singkat records coarse, non-identifying request metadata for aggregate analytics: country code, city name, coarse region coordinates, device category (mobile or desktop), operating system family, browser family, HTTP referrer, and matched routing rule. Raw visitor IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

Public visitors are not tracked with advertising or cross-site cookies. Functional cookies are used strictly for:

• singkat_pass_*: 15-minute session clearance after unlocking a passkey-protected link.
• NEXT_LOCALE & singkat_theme: storing your selected UI language and light/dark theme preference.
• singkat_admin_session: HTTP-only JWT cookie for authenticated operators.
